"Our cells need to be part of the creative energy flow of the universe. Giving and receiving love is essential for cell growth and expansion. Our hologram has been designed to be nourished by
unconditional love and grow with energy. Cells seek naturally to transform. Love is, literally, what gives cells their vital force, while lack of love drains our vitality and health.
Every known behavioral pattern, habit, addiction and compulsion follows our neural-energy pattern, and the repetition of these patterns creates an electromagnetic resonance in us. A resonance is an
unconscious pattern that manifests outwardly the same reality with which it internally resonates.
In using CMR, you will unroot those patterns that we've learned culturally that take away the natural peace and well-being from us. They create disease, relationship and financial problems,
depression, anxiety, fear, shame.
You can return to our natural state of joy, peace and love." Luis Diaz at CellularMemory.org

Debbie, in response to what you wrote below:
"I thought to myself, if I can’t live the teachings in my life and truly integrate them, then what good is sharing in a blog or facilitating a group. I’m a fake and just riding a high from the wave. I have to be able to deeply integrate these spiritual practices into my everyday life. I go online and read my own blog and what I’ve written over the past several months. It is even inspiring to me as if I’m reading something someone else wrote. How could I have written all this and still feel such familiar looming depression. Am I fooling myself? Have I not really been in touch with that deep place of Stillness, of Presence within? Why is it so damn elusive? Is this the human condition and why is it the human condition, for what higher purpose? There should be a more direct way to Love, Joy and Peace. What’s the point of all this, if there really even is a point!"
I used to think I had to be perfect to help other people too (or to help myself). That isn't so. I know I have said things that I didn't even recognize consciously that other people claim have helped them, even when I might not have known what I was saying or might not have recognized that it had any value. It comes through us. It isn't of us. I hope you don't underestimate your value to life.
I am so blessed to know you.

I think that you already have a sense of this. I read an article from an interview with Wayne Dyer right after I read your beautiful post. And I thought, What a coincidence...oh wait..coincidences don't exist.
"You can’t get away from the cyclical universe. What the Tao has taught me is that no storm lasts forever no matter what it is. Nature builds calmness within its storms. That’s true in our own lives as well. When you reach the zenith of where you are going in your life, or in a relationship; the only place you can go is down or up. That’s the nature of this universe; a cyclical thing. The seasons, the moon; everything has a cycle to it.
Hidden in all good fortune is misfortune. And in all misfortune is good fortune. It’s never going to stay the same as long you are in the world or unless you die while you are alive and become an enlightened Zen Master. But those people don’t exist. When you study their lives, you find that they had the same struggles as the rest of us. It’s not so much about being able to always have calm. Calmness isn’t just the absence of noise or troubles. It’s being able to find calm within yourself when other stuff is going on.
I used to think that you could find peace and it would always be there. And there is a sense of that. But even in the worst moments, catch yourself and remember that within the storm of misfortune there is good fortune. Just get in practice with what they call in Taoism the Wu-wei; the non-action and becoming the observer of it. Just notice and stay at peace with it. I must have to admit, that I still have those really disrupting moments."
I can really relate to your article. I think the ones that are uncovering the layers of heaviness that get in the way of experiencing peace, love, etc. can relate, which is pretty much all of us. The only difference is that some of us are more aware of our transition process in this path.
Thanks for sharing and blessings on your journey. Reply to this

It is such a good reminder, what you quoted about the cyclical nature of the Universe and calmness ... that it's not so much about being able to always have calm; it isn't just the absence of noise or troubles. It's being able to find calm within yourself when other stuff (the cyclical thing) is going on, and that we will still have those really disrupting moments.

I think they are making a movie of her book.I read it on her website.Well, I just looked at her website and one of her side links is titled, Book and Movie. When I looked there, I did not see any reference to a movie but I'm sure one is most likely in the works.
I've listened to and read several interviews, and now I am reading her book.It is very exciting and validating of the inner knowing we all have within us.It even feels to me like “the good road home” (p. 41) as Jill describes it in her book.
So far, my favorite part, is on page 42, at the bottom in italics, where she says, "Wow, what a strange and amazing thing I am.What a bizarre living being I am. Life! I am life! I am a sea of water bound inside this membranous pouch. Here, in this form, I am a conscious mind and this body is the vehicle through which I am ALIVE! I am trillions of cells sharing a common mind.I am here, now, thriving as life.Wow! What an unfathomable concept! I am cellular life, no - I am molecular life with dexterity and a cognitive mind!"
Then she goes on to explain, "I was both fascinated and humbled by how hard my little cells worked, moment by moment, just to maintain the integrity of my existence in this physical form ... I was proud to see that I was this swarming conglomeration of cellular life that had stemmed from the intelligence of a single molecular genius!" (p. 43)
And toward the end of Chapter 4, Dr. Taylor profoundly exclaims, "In the wisdom of my dementia, I understood that my body was, by the magnificence of its biological design, a precious and fragile gift.It was clear to me that this body functioned like a portal through which the energy of who I amcan be beamed into a three-dimensional external space.
This cellular mass of my body had provided me with a marvelous temporary home ... a three-dimensional perception of this environment that actually appeared to be not only seamless and real, but also safe. Here in this delusion, I was mesmerized by the efficiency of this biological matrix as it created my form, and I was awed by the simplicity of its design.I saw myself as a complex composite of dynamic systems, a collection of interlacing cells capable of integrating a medley of sensory modalities streaming in from the external world ... I wondered how I could have spent so many years in this body, in this form of life, and never really understood that I was just visiting here." (p.45, 46)
I was totally blown away by all the revelations made in Chapter 4. My tears welled up as I fathomed the living words of her experience. The tears finally overflowed as each exhilarating exhortation of living life … in this body, on this earth, at this time … became so resonant in my mind that I might explode. I can’t wait to read the rest of the book.
Thank you for your comments on My Stroke of Insight. Like you said, it's the Real Deal. I first encountered Jill watching the TED.com clip as you did. (click here for Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor's 18-minute presentation) I was totally enthralled along with everyone else. She's a great speaker, so talented … just the right human form for this understanding to come through to all of us.
Now, when I go within and focus on my breath and inner body and Presence as I've been doing since Oprah's webcast with Eckhart Tolle, I have a much more enlightened understanding of the energy of who I Am; this biological matrix that projects itself, beams itself, into this three-dimensional space that makes up my form and all that is around me. I feel this tugging to understand that instead of humanity incessantly searching the outgoing portals through which to know ourselves and our universe, we mainly need to acknowledge and realize how deeply Consciousness is trying to come in through us ... in this human form ... to this physical realm. Somewhere, I read, we are the bridge. Wow, that is a big Ah-Ha for me!
And with this unfolding Conscious Awareness, what am I going to do? What I was beamed into this three-dimensional space to do, transcend my initial slumber and enjoy "All That Is" while in this precious and fragile dimension of molecular life with dexterity and a cognitive mind. And as you see here, I'll be sure to tell others about it!
Thanks for commenting, Cureton. I hope to hear more from you!

Thanks for hosting the gathering. I really enjoyed it despite being late. 6/3/2008Debbie wrote:
Ah, yes, Celeste, that is what we are all learning to do - turn within! Our next study, The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, will more fully help us to look within.
In the very first chapter under ... Enlightenment - what is that? (p. 11), Eckhart tells the parable of a beggar sitting on a box for 30 years on the side of the road. When he asked a stranger for money, the stranger asked the beggar what was in the box on which he sat for all these years. The beggar did not know. As it turns out, the box within was filled with gold.
Eckhart goes on to comment on the parable, "Those who have not found their true wealth, which is the radiant joy of Being and the deep, unshakable peace that comes with it, are beggars, even if they have great wealth. They are looking outside for scraps of pleasure or fulfillment, for validation, security or love, while they have a treasure within that not only includes all those things but is infinitely greater than anything the world can offer." (p. 12)
Wow, when he describes it as "looking outside for scraps" it sounds harsh but in the introduction, Eckhart explains that he is forceful, at times, in the book to cut through heavy layers of mental resistance and reach the place within you where you already know all this. (p. 10)
I’m looking forward to discussing Ch. 1 next Thursday at our reading group. Thanks for all your comments on here, Celeste. You voice many things all of us are discovering. Reply to this
I am really ready to connect with people who are willing to continue on this spiritual path. I live in canada and took the OPRAH and ECKHART webcast and I am now reading the book, I read the power of now a few years back and found it to be very enlightening. After the class I felt inspired to keep a GIVING THANKS and FOOD FOR THE SOUL get together but I am being very watchful of the ego because I would like this meeting to come from the place of consciousness. Feel free to give me some feedback and thanks for listening. Reply to this
Thanks for commenting here. This blog shows a way a group of us are coming together to continue studying the teachings of Eckhart Tolle. You mentioned that you are ready to connect with people who are willing to continue on this spiritual path. Also, you say it is important to you to stay very watchful of the ego, and you want a group to come from the place of consciousness. Many of us feel the same way as you do and that is why we come together as we do.
When registering on Eckhart Tolle's website to facilitate a Silent Local Group, he suggests no discussion but only going into the silence together (silent meditation) before and after you view a DVD or listen to a CD by Tolle. He said that discussion tends to stimulate the mind and ego.
Our reading group experiences this stimulation of the ego in our discussions at times. We are a work in progress as we tend to still want to seek outside authority, especially if the discussion begins to turn to thoughts on religion. This just came up recently in our discussion group and one of the members gently suggested for us to return the focus to the book study. As I thought about it, I reminded myself to be very gentle with myself and with each other because we are learning to go within more and more as we apply the teachings of A New Earth. Our group's awareness of ego, as it shows itself, will be enough to diminish it according to the teachings in A New Earth.
We have our first Silent Local Group tomorrow evening, and I'm really looking forward to it because it will be an evening without the discussion. I'm also eagerly anticipating the group's energy and dynamics that Eckhart says happens when you meet as a group in silence, in the stillness.
If anyone has any more feedback. It will be appreciated by me for our local group and by Ann from Canada who commented on this blog. So, please, let us hear from you! Reply to this
The book is an absolutely wonderful journey by a brain scientist who suffered a stroke. She recovered fully, back to teaching at Medical School no less (and she gives great tips on how and what to do to recover from a Stroke or help others recover).
Dr Taylor also learned to fully be present in the part of the brain/mind where we experience full inner peace and Nirvana. SHe teaches that too, and that's why everyone should read this book.
This story is as inspiring as The Last Lecture or Tuesdays with Morrie - and it has a Happy Ending! Reply to this

Thank you!!! ... for recommending Amazon and the interview with Jill Bolte Taylor. I've listened to the 4-part interview by Oprah and others online to try to find new content. The tip is much appreciated. I'm putting together an entry regarding Dr. Jill with a spin from the Feminine Whisperer's perspective.
I am going to bring up the book at our next book club discussion to see if others are interested in studying it when we finish The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. It sounds fascinating.
The TED Clip of her 18-minute presentation went around the Oprah message board while we were studying A New Earth and following her 10-week webcasts with Eckhart Tolle. I haven't had time to read the book and I can't wait to read it after all the research I've done to prepare the entry.
I enjoyed the name you included as the author of this comment, Fillys. I looked it up because I knew it referred to horses and it means a young female horse. Informally, it can refer to a lively, high-spirited girl or young woman. I love it!

I'm Abe Levy, religion reporter for the Express-News. I got a message you had contacted the paper and I'd be interested in learning more about your group. My email is alevy@express-news.net if you have a moment. Respectfully,
Thank you for your quick reply and interest in covering our Oprah.com Book Club/Discussion Group and Eckhart Tolle's Silent Local Group. Not all of the group members have joined our online discussion forum. Most of our communication is through meeting locally and emails. I will add your name to our email list so you will be updated regularly.
Being in the communication loop will give you a more genuine feel for what we are all about. What we are doing here locally is happening on some level all across the world. It is a global phenomenon.
With The Feminine Whisperers' blog, I'm attempting to communicate and model a spiritual path to further support an "ushering in" of this New Way of Being as described by Eckhart Tolle in A New Earth. It is a relatively new platform in which spirituality can authentically flourish.
I believe Oprah fanned a glowing ember with her recent webcasts with Eckhart Tolle into a mighty flame that is reaching all corners of the earth. On the heels of the Eckhart Tolle 10-week webcast, Oprah is doing a 4-part interview with Jill Bolte Taylor, Ph.D. that experientially documents to a high degree the teachings of Eckhart Tolle in The Power of Now and A New Earth. The flow of events are definitely in sync.
You are welcome to join our discussions at Barnes and Noble on Thursday evenings and the Silent Local Group as well. A reminder will be going out soon.
Thanks, again, for your response and interest. Reply to this

When we concluded with the silent meditation, I looked to you and Wanda thinking - okay where's my instructions for what to do - then I realized just look within....It's quite liberating to stop looking for that "authority" in every step of our lives. Thanks!

Hi Debbie,
I am really ready to connect with people who are willing to continue on this spiritual path.

Hi Ann from Canada!

I recommend Amazon as the place to get Jill Bolte Taylor's book MY STROKE OF INSIGHT because they have a wonderful interview with her on Amazon that offers new content I haven't seen anywhere else - that link is: http://www.amazon.com/My-Stroke-Insight-Scientists-Personal/dp/0670020745/ref=pd_bbs_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1211471755&sr=1-2

I love it!
Again, thanks for the recommendation. I hope to hear from you again.

Hi Abe,
Thank you for your quick reply and interest in covering our Oprah.com Book Club/Discussion Group and Eckhart Tolle's Silent Local Group.
