See Jim Carrey go deep and speak candidly from his soul level. He and his wife, Jenny McCarthy,
have supported their son through a diagnosis of Autism with a ferocious determination to rise
above the effects of what many children experience when faced with Autism in their life. This
couple faces ups and downs so like the rest of us. What is different in their life from the
average couple is an opening to a deeper awareness, a more authentic place of beingness,
and having glimpses of the expansiveness of who we truly are as our abiding essential self.

Hear Jim tell of his childhood worries and how he’d write on a legal pad in his room to try to
figure out the answers to what his life was all about, and how his life could have value and
meaning in his mother’s eyes. Jim tears up and his voice quivers as he recounts the story.

He goes on to say that after immersing himself in reading Eckhart Tolle’s books, one night
he had "the glimpse". It was the kind of "glimpse of awakening" where there is no going back.
Many mystics throughout the ages have experienced these "glimpses" and then go on to spend
the rest of their lives trying to get back there again. Jim Carrey must understand their dilemma
because he went on to say, "…and I’ve been trying to get back there ever since."

Of course, he said it in his wonderfully humorous way that only he can say it. Although I’ve heard
his wife, Jenny McCarthy, impersonate her husband being humorous on Oprah. Actually she was
quite good at it ... with all the mannerisms and voice inflection and everything. It was very funny to
see her do that. What a lovely couple and how their journey has helped them arrive at awakening
is very powerful indeed.

We are creating the "New Earth" of which Eckhart Tolle so fondly and profoundly speaks.
